Many industries are implementing quality assessment methods and maintenance programs that are based on
the actual condition of components and systems, as obtained from on-site non-invasive testing and condition
monitoring. Many failures and repairs that commonly occur in the industrial setting can be prevented with
ultrasonic technology, a highly effective non-destructive, predictive maintenance method.
 
What Creates Ultrasound?

Engineers have always used audible sound as part of the information gathering process to diagnose the
operating condition of their machinery. They often use a screwdriver, electronic stethoscope, or even vibration
analysis. The audible sounds generated by individual bearings or leaks are difficult to differentiate in a noisy
environment where components operate within close proximity of one another. With ultrasound, differentiation
is possible. Additionally, ultrasound waves are detectable prior to the audible waves, which helps provide early
diagnosis.

We conduct Professional Ultrasonic Testing. Our role is to identify any ultrasonic anomalies in electrical,
mechanical and process equipments using a latest, high accuracy and high precision, state of the art
UltraProbe, which makes it easier to locate ultrasonic anomalies quickly even in a noisy environment, which are
otherwise very difficult and time consuming detect, document them and then place an identifying tag on the
faulty equipment so that you can repair these leaks as time and manpower allows.
 
Professional Fees: Rs. 15,000 per day (Fifteen Thousand Only)
Service Tax: 12.36 % Extra.
Travel Charges: Extra at Actual*
Lodging & Boarding: Extra at actual*
*Otherwise Rs 2000/- per day shall be charged extra.
Payment Terms: 50 % in Advance. Balance within 10 days of submission of our bills.
Payment Mode: All payments should be made by DD in favor of Academy for Conservation of Energy, payable at
Baroda. Any bank charges shall be paid by the client.
Default on Payment Terms: Defaulting on the payment terms will attract an interest at the rate of 2% per
month, , levied on the outstanding amount.
