The Super Impeller for
Industrial agitators are designed based on process parameters
and bulk fluid velocity ensuring better process solution at
lower process consumption. Our standard SA310 range of SUPER
IMPELLERS provide axial flow for the liquid movement with less
radial and rotational flow than standard pitched blade turbines,
flat blade turbines and paddles. |
Flow Pattern |
The flow pattern
produced by the SA310 Super Impeller is primarily the axial
type. This flow pattern is significant as it imparts very low
power consumption while improving the pumping of liquid. It also
sweeps solid suspension off the reactor bottom. |
Drag Minimization |
In case of conventional
Impellers, vortex is generates on the trailing edges of the
blades as shown and which turn causes drag. The improved blade
profile of the super Impeller reduces the vortex generation on
the trailing edges of the blades and hence reduces the drag. The
super impellers provide maximum pumping capacity with reduced
energy. |

Installation |
SUPER IMPELLERS can be
either installed on new vessel or on existing vessel. The SUPER
IMPELLERS is available in any metallic construction. Substantial
saving in capital investment is obtained due to lower size of
the Gear Box and motor and Reduction in shaft diameter. |
