WHAT ACE WILL OFFER TO EMPANALED EXPERT?

-          Will allow to use company’s name i.e. ACADEMY FOR CONSERVATION OF ENERGY, and its good will by the Expert. Practically, the Expert will be area in charge for ACE business.

-          Provide work books, formats, catalogues, knowledge, technical inputs and training to one person of Empanelled Expert on a live Energy Audit.

-          Send enquiries received by ACE for the area represented by Expert

-          Procure sophisticated and high cost instrumentation required for the energy audits and maintain at HO.

-          Provide instruments and technical man power at a nominal charge to .

-          Provide guidance for marketing, quotations, negotiations

-          Monitor quality of audit report and share new concepts for energy saving.

-          Give ACE group company’s products and services at dealer’s price to Empanelled Expert.

-          Help Empanelled Expert in recruiting energy auditing manpower, if required

-          Give all India Advertisement mentioning Empanelled Expert area & mobile nos for groups products & services as a support for marketing for Empanelled Expert

WHAT EXPERT HAS TO ARRANGE/ DO?

-          A work place and branch address (office or home) with telephone, telex/fax, email, mobile, computer/s etc.

-          One BEE Qualified energy auditor (Self or employed)

-          Some Basic instruments for energy audit

-          Use ACE credibility & reputation together with his local influence to secure assignments for energy audit.

-          Get one engineer trained by ACE in conduct of energy audit.

-          Carry out site study/measurement of energy parameters, analyse and prepare energy audit reports as per the defined formats and send for approval to HO and incorporate the suggestions from HO.

-          Network with other Empanelled Expert to enlarge the Knowledge, Business & Team work

INVESTMENT & RETURNS FOR EXPERT:

-          Nominal Empanelled Expert fee for exclusive area representation

-          Flexible plans for or non exclusive Empanelled Expert to suit your investment plans.

-          Exclusive areas will be allotted on first cum first serve basis.

-          Empanelled Expert gets the major share ranging from 50% to 80% of the Audit Fees depending on the Empanelled Expert option exercised.

Responsibility of Empanelled Expert: 1

1. To provide hands on training to one person in the conduction of energy audit for 2 to 3 days to Empanelled Expert’s engineer.
2. To provide the technical inputs for energy conservation in various energy consuming equipments and utilities.
3. To provide workbook and formats for energy audits.
4. To guide and recommend the basic tools and tackles required for the energy audits.
5. To provide the knowledge and catalogues for the energy saving products developed by sister concerns and associates.
6. To provide instrument and technical manpower support to the Empanelled Expert as and when required according to the agreed terms and conditions.
7. To disburse the payment on prorata basis to Empanelled Expert.
8. To provide guidance in marketing the energy audits services.
9. To Guide Empanelled Expert in negotiating the deals.
10. To organize Empanelled Expert meets so that a sharing platform is created.
11. To organize training programmers on the various subjects of energy conservation and energy audits for industries, engineers and potential energy auditors and energy managers.
12. To send enquiries for energy audits to the Empanelled Expert.
13. To plan & carry out business promotion campaigns and advertisements in the media and send circulars to potential clients.
14. To monitor the quality, content and presentation of the energy audit reports and ensure that they are of high standards and guide the Empanelled Expert in improving the same.
15. To hold healthy competition for motivating the cause of betterment of the professional contributions in energy audits amongst Empanelled Experts by having best energy audit report and best case studies awards amongst the Empanelled Expert and disburse the awards.
16. To help Empanelled Expert in selection and training of the engineers and manpower for the audits.
17. To supply energy saving devices manufactured/marketed by sister concerns to Empanelled Expert at a discount.
18. To provide guidance / good schemes already proposed for similar companies by the ACE anywhere globally shall be made available to the Empanelled Expert.
19. ACE shall help the Empanelled Expert utilize his idle resources by deploying them with ACE assignment or with other Empanelled Expert, wherever possible, by maintaining a centralised list of all the Empanelled Expert resources (Instruments & experts and energy auditor engineers) The charges for such shall also be decided by ACE and shall be binding to all Empanelled Expert.
20. To give national level advertisement and press coverage to all ACE activities mentioning the Empanelled Expert area and contact numbers.

Responsibility of Empanelled Expert: 2

1. To have an office address with communication facilities like telephone/ mobile, email, computers etc. ( He may operate from his home as well)
2. To market the products & services & liaison with the industries and commercial organizations within the influence circle and take up energy audit assignments and orders for the Empanelled Expert’s range of products & services.
3. To identify & take up promotion and extension of various activities including energy audits, seminars and training programmers to be organized by ACE.
4. To promote the energy saving products of ACE’s sister concern.
5. To send regular feedback & MIS to ACE and statutory bodies as per the suggested formats. This includes submission of periodic MIS including turnover and cash flow statement and list of the potential clients in the area of influence.
6. To recruit and engage engineers for energy audits and ensure their training. To have at least one BEE qualified energy auditor on its roll.
7. To procure basic instruments for the energy audits.
8. To contact the potential clients, get required data and negotiate to finalize the assignments for energy audits in the name of Academy for Conservation of Energy, Baroda.
9. Obtain acceptance by the client on the quality and coverage of the energy audits in the prescribed forms. Get the executive summary page signed and stamped by the client as a token of their acceptance.
10. To follow up and collect payments for the ACE from the clients including any statutory dues like service tax and statutory forms like C form etc and deposit the same in the designated account of the ACE as directed by Empanelled Expert.
11. To arrange demonstration of the energy saving devices at clients place supplied by ACE.
12. To help client in implementation of energy conservation schemes.
13. To prepare annual plan of energy audits and also product sales and submit to ACE by February every year and submit quarterly revisions and reviews.
14. To prepare a list of potential clients and action plan for getting the audit assignments in his area of influence.
15. To obtain all work related to the energy audits in the name of the Academy for conservation of energy, Vadodara and promptly deposit all the collections of payment in the designated bank account and also promptly and timely collect from the clients all the statutory forms like sales tax, TDS, service tax etc. and send them timely and promptly to ACE HO.
16. The Empanelled Expert can not and shall not open any account in the name of Academy for Conservation of Energy, which is a registered Service mark.
17. To send a copy of all the offer submitted to the clients to HO with name & contact number of the key persons. All Orders for energy audits should be in the name of ACADEMY FOR CONSERVATION OF ENERGY, BARODA.
